Day Of Coordinator

Our day of coordination is perfect for the couple that has planned or is planning the majority of their wedding but realize that they can’t do it all on the big day. This is where we step in, and we do a lot more than just arrive on the day of your wedding. As soon as we can, we take the time to walk through your venue, get an understanding of what your vision is. We discuss things that may not have been decided yet, work out a backup plan or two just in case of the weather and we figure out if you are on track with your planning. We then make a point to stay in contact, check in with your vendors, and as we get closer to wedding day, we attend your final detail meetings. We are with you for your rehearsal, helping everyone get down the aisle, making sure everything music is cued at the right time and lot more. Then on wedding day, we are there, with an assistant for 10 plus hours. We help you transport wedding goodies to the site, and pack up certain ones and are willing to meet with you after your honeymoon. Having an experienced wedding planner working with your wedding means, that you can sit back and relax and enjoy one of the most important days of your life.
